Why Alumni Associations Struggle Without the Right Tools
Every school and university produces alumni. But very few alumni associations actually manage to keep those graduates connected, engaged, and contributing over the long term. The data from most associations tells the same story: a strong start in the years immediately after graduation, then a slow decline as members drift away, contact details go stale, and dues collection becomes a chasing exercise.
The root cause is almost always the same: the association is trying to manage a large, geographically dispersed, generationally diverse membership with tools designed for something else entirely. Spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper registers cannot keep up with the complexity of a growing alumni body.
